Help-Desk Consultant

• Dynamic, communicative person, capable of teamwork, ambitious, enthusiastic;
• Ability to maintain courtesy under stress;
• Previous experience in a technical support department;
• Knowledge of IT support specific processes is an advantage;
• Technical qualification: Windows - is an advantage;
• Knowledge of hardware equipment (PC, printers, mobile devices, etc.) - is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides technical support to the company's clients in using SmartCash applications;
Documentation and reporting of interventions in a ticketing system;
Identifies and solves reported software or hardware problems and offers real-time solutions;
Monitors the status of the network and IT systems belonging to clients;
Ensures communication with clients by phone or email;
Respects internal procedures regarding the provision of services;
Deep knowledge of hardware equipment and software applications is a plus.

Magister Software provides a training program regarding interaction with clients, technical notions and applications developed for diagnosing complaints, through a series of internal online courses, through the personal E-learning Magister platform.
The training duration will be alternated with current technical support activities for Magister clients, which will fix the knowledge acquired on the E-learning platform.
