• A dynamic, communicative person, able to work in a team, ambitious, enthusiastic;
• The ability to maintain amiability under stress conditions;
• Prior experience in a technical support department;
• Knowledge of specific IT support processes is an advantage;
• Tech qualification: Windows - represents an advantage;
• Knowledge of hardware equipment (PC, printers, mobile devices etc.) - represents an advantage.

ATTRIBUTES:
Provides technical support to clients of the company in using SmartCash applications;
Documents and reports interventions in a ticketing system;
Identifies and resolves software or hardware problems, and offers real-time solutions;
Monitors the status of networks and computer systems belonging to clients;
Ensures communication with clients by phone or email;
Respects internal procedures regarding service provision;
Knowledge of advanced knowledge related to hardware equipment and software applications is a plus.

Magister Software ensures a preparation program regarding interaction with clients, technical notions, and applications developed for diagnosing issues, through a series of internal online courses via the personal E-learning platform Magister. The training duration will be alternated with current technical support activities for Magister clients, which will fix the knowledge assimilated on the E-learning platform.
