You will be involved in projects for the analysis and evolution of processes and tools to support the business of Public Administration sector companies, such as: * Analysis, design, and reengineering of business processes (BPR) * Analysis of sector regulations and drafting of documentation (e.g., guidelines, procedures); * Support for the implementation of business process management solutions * Definition of models and solutions for process performance improvement Want to discover more information about the Practice? Click here! **Required Technical Skills:** * Project Management skills; * Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to draw meaningful conclusions; * Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; * Experience in projects for defining the strategy of new services and implementing the related solutions; * Skills related to governance initiatives and project management principles and software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall); **Experience:** * **1 to 3 years** of experience in similar roles, preferably in leading consulting firms. **Soft Skills:** * Adaptability and flexibility * Strong communication and synthesis skills * Stress management * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent problem-solving ability and aptitude for teamwork and goal-oriented work * Good knowledge of the English language * Interest in IT strategy topics. **Languages:** * Italian (mandatory). * English (preferably B2 level or higher). **Work Location:** * Rome **What we offer** The compensation for this position ranges between **€28,000 and €33,000 gross per year**, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and seniority level. The employment status will be defined during the selection process based on the identified profile and in compliance with the regulations and the CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria. The indicated compensation refers solely to the **RAL (Gross Annual Salary)**. The overall package may include additional variable components, related to the achievement of specific individual and/or company objectives, welfare, and company benefits. The final economic proposal will be defined based on the characteristics of the selected profile and its consistency with the position requirements.
