Main responsibilities: - Management and development of corporate client portfolio (companies, fleets, VATs) - Conducting commercial negotiations for fleets, leasing, long-term rentals, and conventions - Networking and scouting activities on the Tuscan territory - Collaboration with the marketing department and sales team for shared strategies - Monitoring and supervising commercial performance and B2B sales KPIs. Skills and experience: - At least 3 years of experience in similar roles (Fleet Sales, Business Consultant, Area Manager) - Solid knowledge of the automotive sector, focusing on leasing and rentals - Excellent relational, negotiating, and strategic orientation skills - Familiarity with local entrepreneurial fabric - Strong entrepreneurial spirit and strong results-oriented approach. Workplace: Florence Salary: Fixed between €1,400 and €1,800 net per month (depending on experience) + commissions + company car. Expected growth path in a structured, dynamic, and innovative group.
