Job description
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years experience in the field of public procurement (authoritative contracting and/or economic operator)
- Practical experience in using SEAP/SICAP
- Solid and updated knowledge regarding public procurement legislation
- University degree completed (Bachelor's degree)
- Certification – Expert public procurement
- Good skills in using Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and SICAP
- Oriented towards supporting and relating with clients
- Availability for occasional travel to client sites upon request
- Openness towards digitalization and interest in sustaining the process of modernizing public administration

At Harrison Consulting & Management, over 15 years ago we supported public institutions in adopting modern digitalization practices SCIM, public procurement consulting, and professional development. Our expertise is recognized nationwide, with over 100 successful public procurement procedures managed efficiently and transparently.
We develop and use our own organizational management platform – Harrison App – which simplifies document preparation, tender management, and ensures compliance with current regulations.
Your role in our team would involve…
- Using Harrison App in consulting activity
- Developing the Annual Public Procurement Program
- Ppreparing and personalizing award documents (with the help of Harrison App)
- Implementing and finalizing public procurement procedures
- Managing contracts and handling disputes
- Onboarding and supporting clients in using Harrison App – Public Procurement module
- Using SEAP/SICAP
- Occasional travel to client sites for consulting and support (upon request)
