Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree in Economics – Accounting / Economic Informatics;
* Work experience in accounting or IT constitutes a significant advantage;
* Appreciation of knowledge regarding databases and other IT competencies;
* Knowledge of computer skills above average in using Word, Excel, or SQL language;
* Aptitude for creating documents, documentation, and knowledge of technical redaction, aesthetic sense;
* Experience working with the WinMENTOR application or any other ERP system;
* Good understanding of business processes;
* Good communication skills, client-oriented, and good self-organization;
* Ability to work efficiently independently and in a team, resistant to stress;
* Driving license category B and experience driving – optional.

* Support (helpdesk) clients in using computer applications;
* Implementing computer applications along with a senior consultant (in the preliminary phase);
* Online (remote) training of clients for using implemented applications;
* Monitoring and recording interventions performed in the portfolio of allocated clients;
The new consultant will go through the following integration stages
* adaptation period: the first 3 months represent the learning and practice phase assisted by an experienced colleague;
* training period: from 3 to 6 months, experience and first direct interventions with clients are accumulated;
* end of the training period: after 6 months, autonomous activity can be gradually carried out.
