Job Title: Consultant – Materials Engineer (Metallurgy) Location: Barrow-in-Furness – Onsite. What we’re looking for: A highly motivated and experienced Materials Engineer (Metallurgy) who is passionate about delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs. You will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers on materials selection and application, as well as developing new materials and processes. Key responsibilities: Provide technical support and guidance to customers on materials selection and application Develop new materials and processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions What we need from you: A degree in Materials Science or a related field, preferably with a Master’s or Ph.D. You will also have experience working in the aerospace industry, preferably with BAE Systems. In addition, you should be able to demonstrate your expertise in materials selection and application, as well as your ability to work effectively in a team environment.
