Consultant - Engagement, Change & Transformation

We are looking for a consultant to join our Aurecon Engagement and Change QLD Advisory team. If you are a change maker, you’ll bring experience across a variety of infrastructure focussed industries to help organisations transform to deliver better outcomes for their people, communities and stakeholders. You will work alongside leading experts who use proven methodologies and extensive experience to successfully deliver some of Australia’s most significant and complex transformation programs.​ As a consultant in our Engagement and Change QLD Advisory team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on how to navigate change and transformation. This may involve developing strategies, designing and implementing change initiatives, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to work across multiple industries, including infrastructure, energy, water, and transportation, and develop your skills in areas such as stakeholder engagement, communication, and project management.​ The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about helping organisations achieve their goals through effective change and transformation.
