We are looking for reinforcement in customer consulting for an established company in the energy services sector. Even if you don't yet have in-depth knowledge of the energy industry, you will have the opportunity to systematically familiarize yourself with the subject area and build your own expertise step by step.

What you bring

• Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, energy management, or a comparable qualification

• Sound knowledge of energy markets and relevant regulatory issues

• Structured, analytical, and goal-oriented way of working

• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken

Your Tasks

• During your onboarding, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of consulting services and energy industry topics.

• With increasing experience, you will take over the support of your own business customers and build long-term customer relationships.

• You will support companies with questions regarding energy procurement, price developments, and cost optimization opportunities.

• You will analyze individual customer requirements and develop suitable solution approaches together with internal experts.

• You will prepare market information and economic contexts in an understandable way and discuss them with your contacts.

• You will accompany customer projects from needs assessment to implementation and increasingly become the primary point of contact for your customers.

Your Profile

• You have completed studies in an economic or technical field or have a comparable qualification.

• Ideally, you have already gained experience in customer management, consulting, sales, or project management.

• You have an interest in economic contexts and are eager to familiarize yourself with a new field of expertise.

• You communicate confidently, approach people openly, and can understand different requirements.

• You work in an organized manner, enjoy taking responsibility, and want to continuously develop your professional skills.

New to the energy industry? No problem. Much more important than comprehensive industry knowledge are your motivation, your communication skills, and your willingness to learn new topics.
