Educational Consultant – Foreign Language Courses

Full-time | 100% Remote | 4,000–4,500 RON net + bonuses

Do you like talking to people, do you know how to identify what they want, and do you have sales skills? Then we might have the right role for you!

We are looking for an Educational Consultant to transform the requests of interested individuals into students and guide them to the appropriate foreign language course.

What you will do:

• You will receive and manage requests from potential students.
• You will identify their needs and recommend suitable courses.
• You will follow up on each opportunity and contribute to achieving sales objectives.
• You will coordinate the allocation of students to the right teachers.
• You will keep information updated in the CRM and identify new opportunities for course development.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or customer success – an advantage.
• Very good communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented and enjoyment of working with people.
• Organization, attention to detail, and perseverance in follow-up.
• Initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Comfort in using digital tools and a CRM.

What we offer:

• Salary of 4,000–4,500 RON net + quarterly performance bonus.
• Individual employment contract, full-time.
• 100% remote activity.
• Schedule from Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00.
