I am Dirk Brederecke, Founder and CEO of Hello Brands – a e-commerce consulting firm with its headquarters in the heart of Munich. Together with our team, we help brands grow sustainably on Amazon and other marketplaces – from strategy to operational implementation.

Tasks

• Self-responsible management of customer projects in the field of Amazon & Marketplace Advertising – from strategy to performance analysis
• Building, steering, and optimizing Sponsored Ads campaigns (SP, SD, SB) as well as using tools like Pacvue
• Direct customer communication at eye level – including presentations and reviews on C-level
• Proactive identification of growth opportunities and efficiency potential in existing customers
• Tight collaboration with the team and management – short distances, direct communication

Qualification

• Demonstrable management of Amazon customers with 8-digit annual revenues
• Self-creation and presentation of reports
• Experience in direct communication with renowned, large customers
• Familiarity with Excel
• Openness to automation and AI – initial experiences welcome
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience
