Aufgaben

• Active work in project teams for our renowned customers
• Consultation, conception, and implementation of Digital Workplace solutions based on Microsoft 365
• Building and further development of modern collaboration platforms in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, ToDo etc.)
• Process analysis and optimization through automation using Power Automate
• Migrations from On-Premises solutions to the cloud, e.g. Exchange Online, SharePoint Online
• Development of innovative applications with Power Apps, as well as implementation of automated workflows using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps
• Creation of operation concepts, security guidelines (e.g. MFA, Azure PIM, Zero Trust) and technical documentation
• Conducting workshops, requirement analyses, and training in the customer field
• Participation in ARES internal projects

Qualifikation

• Study or training in the field of computer science or comparable professional experience
• You have several years of experience in similar positions with a focus on Microsoft 365, ideally in project-oriented environments
• You have very good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
• You are experienced in Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell, and – ideally – Power Platform / Graph API
• Ideal candidate has experience with Azure Services (e.g. Entra ID, Intune, PIM)
• You have already had contact points with Intune, Exchange Online or MS Defender
• You are familiar with agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of Power BI, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, and knowledge of C# or .NET
• You have interest in discovering other Digital Workplace solutions, e.g. GSuite or OpenDesk
• You are self-motivated, customer-oriented, communicative, work well in a team, and have a professional appearance
• You are ambitious and can quickly get up to speed with new topics
• You bring a willingness to travel within Germany for important customer meetings (average 3 days/month)
• Very good German and English skills
