Consultant Digital Marketing & Projects (m/w/d)

Hi, we are LARK, a growing digital agency for B2B brands that want more than just quick attention. We help renowned AI startups and modern SMEs win customers and talent and establish themselves in sometimes highly competitive markets. Our Sweet Spot: We translate complex services into strong positioning and connect marketing and sales to a state-of-the-art B2B experience. One of our hero formats is the AI Business Conference trade/off Summit, which we will host for the fourth time in May.

Our team currently consists of our founders (Tina and Hauke) and a great network of freelance colleagues. Having fun at work is a must-have for us, just like excellent results. Now we are looking for an all-round talent that wants to build LARK with us further.

Aufgaben

🎯 What you'll be working on

As Consultant Digital Marketing & Projects, you will work on concrete customer questions like these:

„What sets us apart from the competition?“

„Do our target groups understand immediately what we do?“

“Which content, channels, and formats bring us relevant leads?”

„Does this really pay off for our goals?”

“Where can we simplify or automate processes?”

To answer these questions, you will work on the following topics:

• You translate strategic ideas into clear briefings for design, content, and tech and check if the results align with goals
• You support content, lead, and conversion measures, from storyline and argumentation logic to implementation on websites, landing pages, marketing flows, and co.
• You think website, lead magnets, and CRM as a system together and ensure that leads are properly recorded, developed, and made available for sales teams
• You help prepare presentations and prepare workshops with
• You coordinate projects, synchronize with customers and colleagues, and keep an eye on timings, quality, and expectations

Qualifikation

🚀 What you should ideally bring

• You take content responsibility before customers and colleagues
• You think in user journeys, funnels, target groups, and clear argumentation logic
• You can structure complex topics and present them clearly and concisely
• You use platforms and tools like Webflow, Notion, Figma, Hubspot & Co. naturally or quickly learn to do so
• You create slides and Miro-boards thoughtfully and with a good sense of structure and design
• You look at requirements and concepts, recognize connections, and lead sensible next steps
• You speak fluent German and communicate clearly and confidently
• You bring good humor and drive to our collaboration ❤️
