The MarTech division of the Technology & Digital BU of WPP Enterprise Solutions is recruiting to support major players (retail, banking, insurance, luxury,..) in the implementation and optimization of their marketing and CRM platforms. We are looking for a MarTech Consultant Developer.
Your role:
As a MarTech Consultant Developer, you will be at the heart of integration and migration projects for solutions.
Your missions:
- Develop and maintain data flows between marketing platforms (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDP, particularly Imagino, CRM, internal tools…) and third-party systems via APIs and connectors.
- Participate in the technical implementation of MarTech platforms (configuration, scripts, integrations).
- Analyze, model, and optimize data pipelines to ensure the reliability and performance of solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful deployments.
- Gradually take on responsibility to become a technical referent on complex MarTech projects.
Your profile:
- Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent 5-year university degree in Computer Science.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience, with significant initial experience in developing or integrating data/CRM/MarTech solutions. Knowledge of the consulting world is a real plus.
- Proficiency in one or more technical skills:
- Languages: HTML, SQL, JavaScript, Java, Python, or equivalent.
- API and Web Services (REST, SOAP).
- Relational databases and data flow manipulation.
- As a Developer, you have significant experience in project management and a good background in all things data (quality, flows,…).
- You are curious about CRM & Marketing Automation environments (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDP, particularly Imagino…).
- You enjoy working in a team and solving various technical problems.
- You are a good communicator, able to speak to business stakeholders as well as IT, and understand business challenges.
- You are fluent in English (international clients, ability to work daily in English).
