Consultant Data & Transformation - Operational Excellence / Wallonie

As a Consultant Data & Transformation, you will play a key role in data migration and management projects, acting as a liaison between Business and IT.

• Assist data migration: cleaning, transformation (Excel macros, VBA…), searching for technical solutions
• Structure migrations under the supervision of a manager
• Collaborate with IT services: provide specifications for developments, test and validate solutions
• Work with business teams: understand their needs and constraints and bring optimal solutions
• Accompany change: guide teams in decision-making and data management
• Document processes and train teams (asset)

Requirements

✅ Technical skills

• Excellent Excel mastery (VBA is an asset)
• Mastery of SQL queries to create queries, process and optimize large data quantities
• Familiarity with Power BI (or a similar tool like Tableau)
• Aptitude for ERP systems (experience with Odoo and/or SAP S/4HANA is a plus)
• Familiarity with DevOps (asset)
• Experience in data management and migration (asset)

✅ Experience & formation

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/Business Consulting

• French mandatory, good level of English required
