• You will accompany our clients from the public sector on demanding digitalization and transformation projects – from analysis and conception to implementation.
• You will analyze complex professional and technical problem statements, structure requirements, and develop pragmatic solution approaches from them.
• You will analyze and interpret data, recognize relevant connections, and derive concrete recommendations for action and decision-making bases from them.
• You will present data and analysis results clearly and communicate complex technical contexts understandably and appropriately for the target audience.
• You will participate in data-driven solutions and innovative use cases related to Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
• You will systematically evaluate different solution approaches and support the development of actionable measures from analytical insights.
• Together with interdisciplinary teams, you will develop solutions at the intersection of professional expertise, technology, and organization.
• You will independently familiarize yourself with new technologies, methods, and professional topics, try out new approaches, and actively contribute your ideas to our projects.
• You will participate in workshops, presentations, and coordination with various stakeholders.

• A successfully completed degree in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable analytical-technical field.
• Pronounced analytical and conceptual skills as well as the ability to grasp complex problem statements in a structured manner and translate them into manageable questions.
• Experience in analyzing and processing large amounts of data as well as a good understanding of statistical and quantitative methods.
• Practical programming experience, ideally with Python; knowledge of other programming languages, SQL, Git, or common data science libraries is a plus.
• Initial exposure to Machine Learning, Generative AI, or other modern data-driven technologies is advantageous.
• A structured and fact-based working style as well as the ability to critically question results and systematically evaluate different solution approaches.
• Interest in IT consulting, digital transformation, and the challenges of digitizing the public sector.
• Enjoyment in quickly and independently familiarizing yourself with new professional and technical topics and trying out new technologies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to prepare complex issues understandably for different target groups.
• Enjoyment of collaboration in interdisciplinary teams as well as with clients and various stakeholders.
• Very good German and good English skills.
