How do you, for example, set your problem-solving ability and adaptability in motion as Consultant Data & AI? Underneath is also important that you have:

• A completed Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in Business Informatics, Business Analytics or a comparable field;
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of data and AI, preferably in a consultancy environment;
• Demonstrable experience with project management and leading teams/projects;
• Excellent mastery of Python and experience with REST APIs;
• Knowledge of the latest Generative AI techniques, such as RAG, MCP and AI Agents;
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, such as Power BI, Fabric and Azure (including AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI);
• Skill in translating complex business questions into data and/or AI-driven solutions;
• Proactive, result-oriented and innovative attitude; always looking for the latest developments within the data and AI domain;
• Clients-focused mindset and strong communication skills in Dutch and English (pre).
