Responsibilities

As a CRM Consultant, you will be significantly involved in optimizing the customer processes of our medium-sized clients through innovative CRM solutions. In exciting projects, you will work to support companies in digitalization and the successful shaping of their customer relationships.

Even before the first client meeting, you will analyze the basic requirements and develop individual solution concepts based on this. You will develop tailor-made strategies together with the clients and implement them by configuring and implementing modern CRM systems.

You will be a competent point of contact for our clients, moderate workshops, and conduct training sessions to ensure independent use of the systems. You will ensure that processes mesh seamlessly and that the systems are optimally integrated into the existing IT landscape.

In addition, you will support the creation of sales demos and effort estimations to successfully shape future projects. Even after project completion, you will remain the reliable partner for extensions and optimizations.

Qualifications

• Your degree in business administration, (business) informatics, or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your expertise.
• You have initial experience in conducting CRM or ERP projects – in consulting or in-house.
• With your strong understanding of business processes and IT systems, you can quickly analyze customer requirements and develop innovative solutions.
• Your working style is structured, goal-oriented, and characterized by team spirit.
• You are communicative, service-oriented, and enjoy working closely with clients.
• You are willing to be regularly on-site with our clients for workshops and project meetings.
