Job Title: Consultant - Decisioning (DA) Job Role: Pega Decisioning - CDH Job Type: Full Time Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days per week Work From Office) Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai only Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant who will work closely with senior architects and business teams to design and implement decisioning components using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). Key responsibilities include: • Design, develop, test, and deploy decisioning components using Pega CDH. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design decisioning solutions that meet those needs. • Work closely with senior architects to ensure alignment with overall architecture and technology strategy. • Develop and maintain technical documentation for decisioning components. • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on best practices and coding standards. • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega CDH features, releases, and best practices. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. • 2+ years of experience in Pega CDH development and implementation. • Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant certification. • Strong understanding of decisioning concepts, business rules, and workflow management. • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. Preferred Qualifications: • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. • 5+ years of experience in Pega CDH development and implementation. • Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). • Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts. • Certification in Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
