Job Description: Junior Consultant / Consultant – Cement Manufacturing & Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Industry Experience Level: 10–15 Years Role Type: Consulting & Industry Transformation Specialization: Process Excellence & Digital Solutions Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Consultant specializing in Cement Manufacturing and Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) operations to drive transformational initiatives across process optimization, digital integration, and operational excellence. This role requires a deep understanding of the cement manufacturing and RMC industry, with expertise in process improvement, lean management, and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing process improvements, developing and implementing digital solutions, and driving cultural change within organizations. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs • Designing and implementing digital solutions to enhance operational excellence • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive cultural change and improve organizational performance • Providing thought leadership and expertise in the cement manufacturing and RMC industry • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively • Communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders • Traveling as needed for client meetings and project work. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration) • 10–15 years of experience in the cement manufacturing and RMC industry, with a focus on process improvement, lean management, and digital solutions • Proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving cultural change within organizations • Strong understanding of process optimization, digital integration, and operational excellence principles • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology (e.g., ERP systems) • Certification in lean management or Six Sigma is an asset.
