Scope of duties:

• Professional phone support for customers (incoming calls) - providing information about services and products.
• Quick and effective problem-solving for customers, including technical advice.
• Comprehensive assistance with invoicing and active service issues.
• Promoting current offers and conducting sales conversations that really make a difference.

Requirements:

• Communicative and open to new challenges. Do you have the ability to talk and build positive relationships? This is the job for you!
• Organized and engaged. You're willing to learn new things and like to act with energy.
• Familiar with computer operation. You know how to navigate applications and systems.
• Ready to work in a changing system, including weekends.
