For a specialized, internationally active management consultancy, we are looking for Consultants (m/f/d) with experience in the regulatory environment of banks. Our client advises renowned financial institutions on demanding transformation, risk, and compliance projects and combines the agility of a small team with the impact of a Europe-wide network.

The company is currently growing strongly in the German market and offers the opportunity to take on responsibility in exciting projects at leading banks.

Tasks

The Mission

• Consulting banks on regulatory and supervisory law issues
• Participation in projects related to Risk Management, Compliance, and Regulatory Reporting
• Analysis and optimization of processes in the banking environment
• Support in the implementation of new regulatory requirements
• Management and coordination of project activities in close cooperation with specialist departments and management
• Development of practical solutions for complex challenges in the financial sector

Qualification

Your Superpower

• Successfully completed studies in economics, finance, or a comparable field
• At least 2 to 4 years of professional experience in a management consultancy, bank, or financial services company
• In-depth knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Risk Management, Compliance, Regulatory Reporting / Reporting, Banking Regulation
• Strong analytical skills and structured way of working
• Very good German and English language skills
