Job description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Developer with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, backend frameworks, and a good understanding of databases and APIs. You will be responsible for building efficient, scalable, and reliable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
  • Work with frameworks such as Django / Flask / FastAPI (as per project needs).
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end and third-party services.
  • Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and efficiency.
  • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards.
  • Integrate databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest Python trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of proven experience as a Python Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of Python 3.x and object-oriented programming.
  • Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Good understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
  • Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Good to Have (Optional)
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Knowledge of Celery, Redis, or RabbitMQ.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
