The individuals will be responsible for: · Taking care of previously contacted and selected potential buyers · Accompanying them on visits to foreign locations where they may invest (mainly Costa Rica) · Following them with a consulting approach throughout the evaluation and purchase process of properties until reaching an agreement and closing the purchase contract I ideal candidates possess VAT number and have already gained significant experience in roles of intermediation or sales, preferably in luxury products or high-level real estate.
