HUMANGEST ITALIA S.P.A. – Suzzara (MN) branch, is looking for dynamic and motivated profiles, with a passion for the beauty and cosmetics world, to be inserted within a structured and growing point of sale. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum experience of 6 months gained in: perfumeries, herbalist shops, monomark make-up, esthetic centers. - Availability: Full time (40 hours weekly), from Monday to Sunday, on shifts including holidays and Sundays; two days of rest per week. - Distance from the point of sale: preferably within 10-25 km. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Consulting with customers on make-up, skincare, and perfumery products - Auxiliary sales operations - Rearranging shelves, managing the layout and promotions - Supporting the cash register and opening/closing point of sale activities. COMPETENCIES AND ATTITUDES: - Good dialectics and relational skills - Strong customer orientation and sales skills for objectives - Well-groomed appearance and makeup - Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to make short trips to nearby point of sale locations. JOB CONTRACT: - CCNL Commercio – 5th level - Initial contract in supply - Possibility of subsequent insertion as a direct contract with the client company.
