Main responsibilities: - Complete management of the sales process: customer reception, consultation, negotiation, and delivery of the vehicle - Evaluation of used vehicles during the exchange phase - Proposal of mobility solutions tailored to the customer's needs, including thermal, hybrid, and electric vehicles - Presentation of financial and insurance offers - Use of the company's CRM and main digital tools for managing negotiations - Commercial development activities through contacts, events, and collaborations on the territory - Collaboration with the post-sales team and administrative staff to ensure an excellent customer experience. Skills and experience: The ideal candidate presents the following profile: - Diploma or degree - Consolidated experience in commercial roles in the automotive sector, preferably at structured dealerships - Knowledge of Stellantis group brands - Excellent familiarity with digital tools and sales management software - Basic knowledge of financial and insurance products - Strong relational skills, active listening, and consultative attitude - Strong orientation to results and ability to work towards objectives - Interest in the evolution of the auto market and sustainable mobility.
