Job description
To strengthen our sales structure, we are looking for a Technical Sales Consultant with experience in the plant engineering sector, capable of combining technical skills and sales aptitude.
The resource will be responsible for:
- Developing and consolidating the customer portfolio in the territory.
- Analyzing customer needs and proposing the most suitable technical solutions.
- Performing site inspections and technical surveys.
- Preparing technical-economic offers and quotes.
- Managing commercial negotiations up to order closure.
- Collaborating with the technical office and production to ensure the correct execution of orders.
- Maintaining relationships with designers, contractors, installers, and engineering firms.
Requirements
- Technical diploma (Industrial Expert, Electrical Technician, Thermal Technician, Surveyor) or Engineering Degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical-commercial roles in the plant engineering sector (electrical, mechanical, thermohydraulic, HVAC, or related).
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Good relational and negotiation skills, and goal-oriented.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite and main IT tools.
- Availability for travel within the territory.
Preferential qualifications:
- Knowledge of the civil and industrial plant engineering market.
- Experience in managing tenders, quotes, or specifications.
- Knowledge of CAD and CRM software.
