Job description
We are looking for a Customer Service Consultant – Automotive Workshop Area
If you enjoy working with people and transforming every interaction into a positive experience, you could be the right person for us.
What you will do
• Welcome customers and understand their needs
• Manage appointments and organize interventions
• Coordinate with the technical team
• Update customers on the status of the work
• Oversee vehicle handover
Who you are
• You have experience in customer service / front office
• You are empathetic and relationship-oriented
• You are organized and can manage multiple tasks
• You are proficient with computer tools
• You enjoy working in a team
Experience in the automotive sector? Excellent, but not essential.
