MIDDLE/SENIOR CONSTRUCTION SITE SAFETY CONSULTANT

The figure will be integrated into the Bologna or Milan office, within the Construction Site Safety and Civil Engineering Unit, as part of the Occupational Safety Area.

The role is within a structured team and involves direct involvement in the management of risks related to construction site activities.

WE NEED YOU FOR THESE ACTIVITIES:

The person sought is a technical consultant with at least 3-5 years of experience in managing risks related to construction site activities, as referred to in Title IV of Legislative Decree 81/08 and interference risks as per art. 26 of Legislative Decree 81/08.

The person sought will be primarily responsible for the following activities:

• Safety coordination activities on construction sites where NIER assumes the role of CSP/CSE, taking on responsibility;
• Consulting activities regarding construction site HSE aspects on behalf of Contracting Companies;
• Management activities for confined spaces and/or spaces with a risk of pollution;
• Training activities within the technical field of competence.

YOU ARE PERFECT FOR US, IF YOU HAVE:

• A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or scientific disciplines;
• Possession of the requirements provided by art. 98 of Legislative Decree 81/08 to hold the position of CSP/CSE;
• Solid knowledge of the applicable legislation and technical regulations regarding health and safety in the workplace and construction site regulations;
• Previous experience in CSP/CSE roles for construction sites, and particularly for public construction sites;
• Strong knowledge and previous experience in risk management in the context of infrastructure construction sites, and particularly in the railway sector;
• Previous experience in structured companies in the field of technical consulting in occupational health and safety.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Autonomous management of construction site coordination activities, management of companies and involved parties;
• Competence and ability in drafting technical documentation for interference risk management (PSC, DUVRI, Technical File of the work) or risks (POS, technical documents, construction site procedures);
• Competence and ability in risk assessment such as work at height and confined spaces and drafting of specific risk assessment documents and/or work procedures;
• Knowledge of public procurement code;
• Knowledge of construction site safety regulations in European or non-EU countries;
• Competence and ability in managing relations with control bodies;
• Own car.

• Possession of the requirements referred to in art. of Presidential Decree 177/2011 as the Client Employer's Representative in activities in confined spaces and/or spaces with a risk of pollution;
• Certifications of regular execution of CSP-CSE assignments in public contracts;
• PSC predispositions with BIM methodology;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (B2 level) and possibly other foreign languages.

PROPOSED SALARY:

€30,000 – €55,000 - C.C.N.L. Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi
