Middle/ Administrative Employee Consultant

ATTALGROUP, a job agency, branch in Pescara (PE), one of the first Italian job agencies specialized in human resource search, selection, training, and management, selects for a public entity with public participation a profile of: MIDDLE/ADMINISTRATIVE EMPLOYEE CONSULTANT The selected resource will operate within a complex and structured institutional context and will perform functions such as: - Management of the entity's information systems, including data collection, classification, processing, and representation; - Care and updating of databases, website, and dedicated software; - Support for administrative procedure management, with particular reference to social policies and professional training; - Preparation of administrative documentation and internal reporting; - Collaboration with various areas of the entity to ensure proper information flow and respect for internal procedures. Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent; - At least 5 years of proven experience in Public Administrations and/or private structures in managing information systems and administrative procedure; - Excellent knowledge of computer tools and main management software; - Organizational skills and precision in data and document management; - Good relational skills and teamwork. Preferred qualifications: - Specific experience in social policies and professional training; - Knowledge of software for administrative procedure management; - Experience in managing complex projects or public services.
