Job opening candidates for the role of Tutor Active Policies in Lombardy. The resource selected for this position will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team, contributing to the development of innovative policies and initiatives aimed at promoting the employability of young people and the integration of disadvantaged groups into the labor market. The ideal candidate will be a graduate in Human Resources or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in the field of active labor market policies, preferably in Lombardy. The selected candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and will be able to work independently, as well as part of a team. The ability to work in a multicultural environment is also required. The Tutor Active Policies will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs aimed at promoting the employability of young people and the integration of disadvantaged groups into the labor market. The ideal candidate will have experience in the design and implementation of training programs, as well as excellent knowledge of the Lombardy region's labor market. The selected candidate will also have a strong understanding of the principles of active labor market policies and their application in the context of youth employment and social inclusion. The Tutor Active Policies will work closely with our HR team to develop innovative policies and initiatives aimed at promoting the employability of young people and the integration of disadvantaged groups into the labor market. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and strategically. The selected candidate will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
