We are looking for candidates for the position of CHAMBER OF COMMERCE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT for the Cremona, Mantova, and Pavia locations, with the opportunity to work in a hybrid mode (office/smart working), as provided for by the Company Supplementary Agreement.

Full-time, permanent contract with an employment level up to B1 of the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria, within a salary range from 28,748 Euros to 32,000 Euros, plus the variable part consisting of the performance bonus governed by the company supplementary agreement.

Daily Activities and Challenges

The role is dynamic and central to the company, with responsibilities including:

• Managing the promotion, sale, and support of InfoCamere's digital solutions to the Chamber of Commerce.
• Assisting the Chamber of Commerce in promoting digital services to businesses.
• Identifying new customer needs useful for the development of new product/service solutions.
• Overseeing post-sales activities at the Chamber of Commerce to ensure the best use of services.
• Monitoring and managing the economic performance of assigned clients.
• Providing training on digital solutions to Chamber operators.
• Promoting the company at external events, supporting the Chamber client on institutional services and promoting the company in general.

Work will be carried out at the offices of the Chamber of Commerce of Cremona, Mantova, and Pavia; therefore, residence or domicile in the province of Milan or in proximity to the aforementioned Chambers of Commerce will be considered a mandatory requirement to participate in the selection.

Requirements

Essential Requirements

• Three-year degree in law, economics, communication, or marketing.
• Residence or domicile in Milan or the province of Milan or the aforementioned Chambers of Commerce by the deadline of this selection notice.
• At least 6 months of work experience, gained within the last 2 years, in promoting ICT services to public administrations or public-owned companies.
• Knowledge of the Italian language equivalent to a B1 CEFR level.

N.B. The above requirements are mandatory and must be possessed by the deadline of the notice and clearly expressed in the curriculum vitae.

• An individual interview will be conducted with an Examination Committee to delve into the experiences declared in the curriculum, motivational aspects, and specific knowledge and skills possessed with respect to the expected profile.
