Responsibilities
If you are a young graduating student or a recent graduate, get ready to become the future of financial consulting, thanks to a unique path designed for you by those who have been consultants forever.
Banca Mediolanum offers the professional opportunity to shadow an experienced financial advisor through a structured program, which also includes a dedicated theoretical and experiential training plan, managed by Mediolanum Corporate University, shared between our Headquarters and the territory.


Activities

- Optimize the untapped potential of the co-managed Client portfolio, building a direct relationship with the Client to understand their situation and needs thoroughly and supporting the Client with the services and solutions offered by the Bank;

- propose appropriate solutions in the areas of wealth and financial planning: savings management, mortgages, loans, investments, retirement and protection, banking services;

- contribute to the increasingly frequent use of technological tools, digital channels, and all forms of digitalization available to the Network and Clients;

- manage assigned Clients in all phases of the relationship (from analyzing the position, to formulating the proposal, to finalizing the investment transaction) and in complete autonomy, respecting the guidelines provided by the Senior, both in terms of relationship and operations;

- develop portfolio management with excellent service capable of anticipating Client needs by planning consulting activities;

- interact with the territorial operational structure and with the Headquarters and independently utilize the collaboration and support of specialist figures (e.g., Credit & Protection Specialist).

Requirements
Graduating students and graduates in economics-scientific, legal, and political science fields with a passion for financial markets.
The ideal candidates for this program bring enthusiasm, ambition, entrepreneurial spirit, excellent relational skills, proactivity, intellectual curiosity, a propensity for sharing, and a collaborative attitude.
