Commercial Development Consultant

Humangest, a specialized company in Research and Selection of personnel, is looking for a commercial development consultant for a client company. We are seeking a figure with experience in the sector of training, workplace safety and/or HACCP, strongly oriented towards sales and commercial closure. The person will be responsible for: managing leads from marketing campaigns, managing contacts related to SAB courses and agents/commercial representatives, telephone and consultative sales, closing commercial deals, identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing support to the sales team. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Business Administration or equivalent, 3-5 years of experience in commercial development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of CRM systems.
