The Public Employment Service (SPE) is the cantonal authority responsible for the labor market in the canton of Fribourg. Its mission is to promote employment, support job seekers and employers, and contribute to the social cohesion of the population. As a personnel consultant, you will be part of this team and play a key role in shaping the future of the canton's labor market. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies for various client companies; • Conducting interviews with job seekers and employers to identify their needs and expectations; • Providing guidance and support to job seekers in finding suitable employment opportunities; • Maintaining relationships with client companies and ensuring that they are satisfied with the services provided; • Collaborating with other departments within the SPE to develop and implement new initiatives and projects.
