As a personnel consultant, you will be part of this team and play a key role in shaping the future of the canton's labor market. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies for various client companies; • Conducting interviews with job seekers and employers to identify their needs and expectations; • Providing guidance and support to job seekers in finding suitable employment opportunities; • Maintaining relationships with client companies and ensuring that they are satisfied with the services provided; • Collaborating with other departments within the SPE to develop and implement new initiatives and projects.
