Jobconsulting Srl I'm Hiring Loan Advisor Roma For a client company, an important reality in the financial-banking services sector on Roma are looking for: 1 Loan Advisor on Roma The figure sought will be responsible for: - Guaranteeing the achievement of commercial objectives, in terms of loan disbursement (private and corporate), cross-selling, and debt recovery; - Guaranteeing the attainment of economic objectives and constant monitoring of risk costs - Caring personally for the activity of investigation and debt recovery - Realizing, with the coordination of the Branch Manager, external development activities and relationship with Partners - Respecting the use of mandatory training activities - Guaranteeing conformity between the company's mission, values, and the activity developed by the Branch. Requirements Requested - University degree or Bachelor's degree (in economic-financial field constitutes a preferred title) - Experience in the banking and/or financial sector - Ability to analyze creditworthiness of private individuals and companies (knowledge of MCC guarantee constitutes a preferred title) - Good mastery of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Familiarity with: As400 Completing the Profile: - Excellent relational skills - Dynamism, strong orientation towards results and work for objectives; - Ability to work autonomously and in a team - Analysis and planning skills - Precision and attitude towards role - Problem-solving - Flexibility and proactivity.
