To strengthen the VERONA branch, we are looking for a:

SALES CONSULTANT - HR SERVICES FOR COMPANIES

Our sales representatives are responsible for selling and proposing temporary staffing services to potential client companies in the territory, with a strongly consultative approach.

The role we are looking for will be responsible for:

- establishing new commercial relationships, expanding the branch's client portfolio;

- managing and retaining acquired clients;

- conducting, together with the branch team, a careful analysis of the client's needs, in order to satisfy their requirements precisely and effectively.

The candidate we are looking for possesses the following requirements:

- excellent commercial and interpersonal skills;

- predisposition to work towards objectives;

- good knowledge of the local business community.

We offer comprehensive training, remuneration based on a fixed component and performance-based incentives, and further benefits.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Remuneration: Gross Annual Salary starting from €23,000, commensurate with experience, with a placement between the 5th and 3rd level.
