For the development of the CERNUSCO SUL NAVIGLIO (MI) branch, we are looking for a: Commercial Consultant - HR Services to Companies Our salespeople deal with selling and proposing the service of supply to potential clients in the territory, with a strongly consultative approach. The figure we are looking for will be responsible for: - establishing new commercial relationships, expanding the client portfolio of the branch; - managing and retaining acquired customers; - identifying and developing business opportunities; - maintaining and strengthening existing relationships; - providing support to the sales team; - contributing to the development of the company's strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR services, with experience in consulting and sales. He/She will be able to work independently, but also as part of a team. We are looking for someone who is proactive, dynamic, and has excellent communication skills.
