For Eurocar Italia srl, with reference to the Bergamo headquarters, we are looking for a

BUSINESS DIVISION SALES CONSULTANT

The person, joining Eurocar Italia based in Bergamo (BG) as a Business Division Sales Consultant, will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and developing retail rental sales and customer acquisition activities
• Identifying potential clients in their areas of responsibility
• Monitoring business performance and implementing operational adjustments as needed
• Managing direct relationships with rental companies
• Liaising with internal colleagues to monitor established procedures and deadlines.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, smart, proactive, and results-oriented individual who meets the following requirements:

• High school diploma/university degree
• Previous experience of 2/3 years in the automotive sector
• Good knowledge of social media usage
• Strong commercial aptitude
• Customer orientation.

The profile is completed by:

• Good PC skills, particularly the Office suite
• Strong relational and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Teamwork abilities.

The hiring is considered within a stable organizational development plan.

Working hours: full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday with a mid-week day off.

Indicative salary range: € 24,000 - € 34,000 gross annual salary + commission program, commensurate with experience, skills, and seniority.
