Your Role

As an Insurance Consultant, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop and manage relationships with clients and prospects;
• Understand people's needs and identify the most suitable insurance solutions;
• Grow your client portfolio and contribute to the agency's growth;
• Participate in training programs and acquire specific sector expertise;
• Progressively build your professional path, with opportunities for growth and development.

The opportunity is available in Puglia, at the General Agencies involved in the project.

We are looking for candidates residing or domiciled in proximity to the reference office, with a good knowledge of the territory and local realities, which are important elements for developing relationships and building your professional network.

No experience in the sector?

It's not a problem.

We are primarily looking for people with energy, ambition, initiative, and a desire to learn.

Experience in the insurance sector is a plus, but not an essential requirement: the program includes training and mentorship to support you in building the necessary skills for the role.
