Tasks - Designing high-performance injection molds for packaging and medical technology - Development and implementation of creative concepts, designs, and technical assemblies - Translation of customer requirements into technical specifications - Collaboration with designers, engineers, and production staff to ensure optimal solutions - Continuous improvement of existing processes and development of new ones - Participation in project meetings and workshops to discuss and implement innovative ideas - Support in the preparation of tenders and proposals for new projects - Maintenance of a high level of quality and precision in all tasks - Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing requirements and priorities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor - Knowledge of injection molding processes and materials - Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) - Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methods - Certification in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial design - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of quality and precision
