Job description:
As a Constructor III at the Omgevingsdienst Noordzeekanaalgebied in Zaandam, you will assess the structural safety of buildings. This includes evaluating building plans, performing calculations and ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety regulations. You will work closely with architects, engineers and other construction professionals to ensure the structural integrity of various projects.
Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the structural safety of buildings.
• Evaluate building plans and perform calculations.

• Advise on construction design and safety measures.

Requirements:

1. Completed HBO/WO degree in Civil Engineering/Built Environment.
2. Experience as a constructor.
3. Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (Eurocodes).
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
