Constructor Engineer with French Language

We are recruiting a constructor engineer with experience for a client in France.

A French company specialized in reconstruction after major disasters (fires, landslides, natural calamities, construction damage), present on more than 70% of the territory of France.

Responsibilities:

1. Studies and estimates

- Preparation of technical studies and estimates for RGA files and project missions (maîtrises d’œuvre)

- Identification of the most suitable technical solutions and cost optimization

2. Site management and supervision

- Coordination of work execution on some regional sites

- Negotiation with craftsmen and partner companies

3. Financial oversight and internal coordination

- Collaboration with the commercial department for production load adjustment

- Cooperation with accounting for maintaining a positive cash flow at site level and participating in debt recovery, if necessary

- Periodic reporting to management

Required Skills and Knowledge:

- Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in construction project management, technical studies, and design, preferably in the field of damage repair

- Solid technical knowledge in construction (structure, finishes, building pathology, consolidation works)

- Rigor, autonomy, and leadership qualities

- Excellent knowledge of French language, advanced level

- University studies in the field of construction

- Driving license category B is an advantage
