Constructor Engineer - Self-Performing Site (Targoviste)

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Bachelor's degree in technical engineering CCIA;
• Organizational skills;
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills;
• Decision-making and taking responsibility skills;
• Possitive attitude and ability to mobilize the team below;
• Availability for extended working hours;
• Category 'B' driving license.

• Ensure the execution of works on site in terms of quantity, quality, and respect for deadlines;
• Manage and organize work on site;
• Verify the execution plan and propose constructive solutions to resolve non-conformities;
• Study technical documentation and execution details for construction projects;
• Communicate with all stakeholders involved in executing construction projects: site managers, beneficiaries, control institutions, etc.
• Availability to relocate according to the projects contracted by the company;
• Subcontractor management.
