Job description
As maintenance technician, you will:
- Execute small to medium-sized projects (frames, doors, cabinets, ceilings, floor and wall coverings, etc.).
- Maintenance of interior finishing, door handles, hinges, sills, stairs, etc.
- Mounting and adjusting internal doors, fire doors, and custom furniture.
- Execute gyproc work.
- Collaborate on renovation or adaptation projects within buildings.
- Perform preventive control rounds.
- Work safely and orderly according to prevailing safety regulations.
- Stand at the service of customers regarding executed works.
- Report executed works via digital platform.
