Construction Supervisor

Oversee store openings ensuring cost, time, and quality of the project with impeccable documentation, without affecting the operation of the store (live-store when applicable).

• Review, validate, and adjust the construction program delivered by the contractor to align it with the client's operation, operational windows, and project milestones.
• Maintain a schedule that is ≥90% on track each week and apply recovery plans as needed.
• Control costs vs. approved budget; prevent deviations and document all variations with traceability.
• Ensure quality according to plans, specifications, submittals, and acceptance criteria; release fronts with evidence.
• Perform a prior review of the project (plans/scope) and identify inconsistencies in time; issue RFI and report to site PM.
• Implement preventive corrections on-site to avoid rework, delays, and unforeseen costs.
• Achieve Safety and Hygiene (SST): inductions, work permits, signage, audits, incident investigation, and compliance with applicable NOMs.
• Maintain timely and executive communication with the client, Operations, and contractors; clear minutes and agreements.
• Manage documentation: electronic logbook, generators, estimates, photographic reports, MEP tests/starts, and closing acts.
• FOLLOW UP ON THE SUPPLIES PROGRAM FOR CRITICAL MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT (logistics, receipt, storage, and conformity).
• Validate all executed works (contract and extras), verifying materials, tools, personnel, and equipment used to support estimates.
• Suggest and apply deductions for unexecuted or out-of-spec parts with evidence.
• Achieve Change Orders (CO) on time and in the required format, managing agreements and punch list. Emission, review, and approval.
