Construction Specialist - Data Center, Campinas

Project Management and Communication

• Organize and record meetings with the client, keeping all parties informed.
• Report weekly to the client on scope, budget, schedule, and contractual issues.

Project Coordination and Risks

• Establish and monitor key project processes with the client, technical team, and contractors.
• Manage Project Risk Register and Mitigation Plans, contributing to quantitative analyses.

Execution and Follow-up

• Take corrective actions for delayed tasks that impact critical path.
• Coordinate installation, commissioning, and correction (snagging) activities with the Operations team.
• Monitor the commissioning process and ensure all documentation is complete.

Documentation and Deliverables

• Coordinate delivery of Practical Completion Documentation and manuals according to schedule.
• Manage preparation of system initialization books and operation and maintenance manuals.
• Supervise delivery of rooms with support from the Architect Engineer.

Integration and Security

• Develop and manage Integration Plan with the Integration Leader.
• Ensure systems and permissions are in place for contractor access after delivery.
• Monitor contractor compliance with security processes during post-delivery activities.

Document Management

• Coordinate issuance and approval of RFI's, submissions, and other technical documents within the deadline.

Collaboration and Quality

• Promote collaborative approach for punch-list development using project tools.
