Construction Site Manager - North Island

Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are looking for a driven site manager. We’re on the lookout for a motivated professional to join a great team, managing a variety of industrial construction projects across New Zealand’s North Island. Key Responsibilities: Oversee a variety of construction projects ranging from $3 million to $50 million in value. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Manage and coordinate site activities, including planning, organizing and controlling resources, materials and labor. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards on site. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and company policies. Key Requirements: Proven experience in construction management or a related field. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and processes. Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
