Job description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our construction projects team.
Offering a competitive salary of AUD 85,000–105,000 annually, aligned with candidate experience.
Key Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies focusing on construction projects.
- Set sales targets and direct initiatives to maximise customer loyalty and revenue.
- Lead marketing campaigns and brand initiatives to promote our construction services and strengthen brand presence.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase consumption of an organisation's goods and services by creating and reinforcing brand image and brand loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain an organisation’s image and reputation among customers, investors, and the wider public.
- Plan, organise, direct, control, and coordinate sales and marketing activities within the organisation.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in the construction sector is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies that increase brand loyalty and customer engagement.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
