Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our Romanian construction teams on exciting long-term projects in Sweden. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of apartment renovations and various construction works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of 5–15 Romanian construction workers.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily on-site activities.
• Manage schedules, timeframes, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Oversee materials planning, ordering, and usage.
• Ensure quality standards and timely project completion.
• Handle basic project documentation, reporting, and spreadsheets.
• Act as the main point of coordination between site teams and management.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in Romanian and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Experience with apartment renovation projects is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple daily priorities.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• EU work authorization required.
• International construction experience is a plus.
